How to send money with Apple Cash

Apple Cash

Using Apple Pay on your iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch, you may pay in stores, online, and within compatible apps with credit or debit cards or Apple Cash.

Apple Cash can be used like PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo. You can send friends money with Apple Cash. On the opposite side, you can solicit money from others. This balance can be spent or transferred to a bank account.

Previously, you had to send or request money using Apple’s Messages app. iOS/iPadOS 15.5 or higher lets you do it directly in Apple Wallet, and the transaction happens in Messages. Setup and use instructions are below.
