Start > Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners. Select Print or scan.

3. Select your printer (including Bluetooth or networked printers) and click Add device.

Print spooler reset

Reinstall your Wi-Fi printers to see whether the connection works.

Start > Settings > Devices to delete the printer. Select Remove device from Printers and Scanners.

Start > Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners. Select Print or scan.

3. Select your printer (including Bluetooth or networked printers) and click Add device.

Print spooler reset

Print spooler controls printing. If your wireless printer isn’t printing, check the print spooler. Clear spooler files and restart the service.

1. Type services into the search box and select Services.

4. Type %WINDIR%system32spoolprinters again, then select PRINTERS. Delete the folder’s files.

Type services and pick it. Double-click Print Spooler under Standards. Start, pick Automatic, and click OK.

Printer Reset

This is a last option method because it clears all printer settings, including WiFi login information, to reestablish a connection.
